Traditional Restaurant since 1965



Ibericosydney is inspired by the traditional jamoneria El Pinar, a small family Restaurant where you can enjoy the best Iberico ham and a whole variety of cheese and other cured meats accompanied by the best wine from La Rioja region and white wines such as the Galician Albariño.


A family business established by my Grandfather in the city of A Coruña, Galicia Spain in 1965, that was inherited and its currently managed by my Father (see picture above).

Now, this family tradition has arrived in Australia with Javier Iglesias, the Founder of Ibericosydney, who has been dreaming with this idea that now has come to life  since he arrived in the country.
